Bouncy ball in living room

Basic motion capture (you can see a sheet of tracker dots on the floor) in Blender. A shadow catcher layer just above a collision layer that’s a knockout render. Two random softbody blobs falling. Into Ableton Live for adding correctly timed sound effects (just one sample, could be much better) a bit of overall reverb and compression to make the sound stick together with the original sound of the video. Into iMovie to add a few color adjustments overall to make the video stick more together.
